Ceftazidime Pentahydrate 1Gm Injection (Intozid 1 GM) is used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections. This belongs to a class of drugs known as cephalosporin antibiotics. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria.

This injection is given by injection into a muscle or vein as directed by your doctor, usually every 8 to 12 hours. The dosage is based on your medical condition and response to treatment.
