Intedom DSR capsule is an anti-ulcer and anti-emetic combination that addresses acid-reflux issues, different types of ulcers, nausea, and vomiting.

PHARMACOLOGY:

Intedom DSR Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone & Rabeprazole. Domperidone is a prokinetic that works on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing the food to move more easily through the stomach. Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Rabeprazole is a substituted benzimidazole and it works as a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). The activated rabeprazole binds to the H+/ K+ ATPase system present on the parietal cells and prevents the inward movement of H+ ions into the stomach and inhibits gastric acid production.

Domperidone is a strong anti-emetic and anti-ulcer agent that controls nausea and vomiting along with the suppression of acid reflux.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Intercom DSR Capsule is to be taken empty stomach.
